At our organization, we're seeking a Career Customer Service Expert to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive sales conversion. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and courtesy.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM software, particularly Shopify, is also highly valued.
We offer a remote work setup, which requires stable internet access (min 10 Mbps) and a backup connection. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and meeting individual and team goals, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Convert inquiries into sales by providing a pleasant visitor experience and assisting with navigation.
- Manage post-order inquiries, including order status, shipping information, and complaints.
- Protect company and client information at all times.
- At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Excellent phone manners, active listening, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, especially Shopify.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Remote work readiness with stable internet access (min 10 Mbps) and a backup connection.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good etiquette in chat, email, social media, and phone.
