- Provide exceptional customer service via chats and emails
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Work securely with sensitive customer information
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of products and services
- Communicate effectively with developers and other departments
- Native English and Chinese upper intermediate (B2 level)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support
- Experience with live chats and emails
- Personal or professional experience in crypto
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
