We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Support Specialist to assist a fast-moving entrepreneur with marketing, video editing, social media management, and general administrative tasks.
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for assisting with email marketing, campaign creation, digital promotions, video editing, social media management, admin support, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing, campaign creation, and digital promotions
- Video Editing: Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing content
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and engage on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Admin Support: Manage calendars, emails, research tasks, and file organization
- Content Creation: Help create visually aligned graphics and written content using brand guidelines
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar support role
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Vimeo, Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Monday, Trello), and social media schedulers (e.g., Zapier, Hootsuite)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Able to adapt quickly, take initiative, and follow through without constant supervision
