Job Title: Refrigeration Monitoring Assistant

This is a unique opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to support the operations and maintenance of refrigeration systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in a technical or facilities management environment.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor refrigeration systems for performance issues and notify appropriate personnel for troubleshooting
  2. Generate reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and incidents
  3. Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  4. Coordinate schedules for routine maintenance and emergency repairs with technicians and vendors
  5. Act as point of contact between refrigeration technicians, facility managers, and external vendors
  6. Communicate system alerts or malfunctions promptly to relevant teams
  7. Ensure all refrigeration logs, compliance records, and safety certifications are updated and filed appropriately
  8. Assist with audits and regulatory compliance documentation
  9. Track and manage inventory related to refrigeration, such as spare parts and refrigerant supplies
  10. Order necessary materials and maintain an organized supply system
  11. Answer calls, handle correspondence, and manage data entry for refrigeration-related operations
  12. Support budgeting and cost-tracking for refrigeration maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
  • Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a technical or facilities management environment
  • Familiarity with refrigeration systems or facility operations is an advantage
  • Tech Savvy
  • Familiar in Web-based programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of refrigeration monitoring software or related technologies
  • Understanding of safety and compliance requirements for refrigeration systems
