Content Operations Coordinator

As a seasoned Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Content Creation team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage team schedules to ensure seamless coverage.
- Develop and implement streamlined onboarding processes for new hires.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries and workflow issues.
- Monitor team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Design and maintain standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize productivity and resolve bottlenecks.
- Foster a productive and inclusive culture within a fully remote team environment.
- Analyze key operational metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Proven experience in operations management or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
- Experience supporting online content creation teams or managing online communities is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of subscription-based or premium content platforms is an asset.
- Results-driven, proactive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset.
