Job Description

E-Commerce Operations Specialist role available for a dynamic professional with experience in managing e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, and financial operations.

This position involves overseeing day-to-day operations on Shopify and Amazon, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing to ensure smooth online sales performance.

Additionally, the candidate will assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for coffee products.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes for a newly launched coffee brand and distribution arm, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.

Maintaining accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconciling transactions; and supporting basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks are also essential responsibilities of this role.

Cross-functional coordination with multiple operational areas including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service is crucial to ensure cohesive brand execution.

Rapid learning of new tools, processes, and strategies to support business growth in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food & beverage industry.
  • Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including familiarity with product upload, optimization, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques to support product awareness and sales.
  • Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills with the ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and apply new skills across different operational areas in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
