As a key member of our logistics team, your role will be to ensure seamless execution of customer shipments from point of origin to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and meet customer expectations for on-time delivery and quality service.
  • Execute end-to-end movement of customer products through our network, including intermodal movements and managing exceptions to minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and refining operational processes to meet evolving needs.
  • Provide timely resolution to customer escalations, working closely with customer success managers to address issues promptly and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate shipment and data metrics, ensuring consistent alignment with customer expectations.
  • Partner with operations teams and external stakeholders to drive successful shipment lifecycle outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Able to analyze complex situations, think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and technologies, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing business needs and priorities.
