About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a result-driven professional with experience in freight forwarding or logistics to drive business growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage in telemarketing activities, including cold and warm calling, to schedule appointments.
  2. Follow up daily to confirm appointment arrangements.
  3. IDentify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  4. Maintain accurate client information within our CRM system.
  5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end import and export operations.
  6. Analyze sales data to optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related fields.
  • Relevant work experience in freight/logistics.
  • Collaborative team player with strong time management skills.
