We are seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate production timelines, capacity, and material flow with domestic and international manufacturers.
  • Oversee inbound logistics, outbound fulfillment, freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
  • Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across ERP, 3PL, and internal systems.
  • Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with Ops, CX, and Finance teams.
  • Lead process improvements across manufacturing and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping regulations.
Ideal Background
  • 3–5+ years in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in DTC or CPG environments; startup or high-growth preferred.
  • Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
  • Bonus: Exposure to quality control or sustainability in production/shipping.

This role will report to Director of Operations and play a key part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels. We're looking for someone proactive, operationally sharp, and ready to make an immediate impact.
