Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to develop and implement a comprehensive training framework that meets the needs of our global workforce.

This critical role involves organizing training offerings in a structured format, developing standardized learning packages tailored to specific target audiences, and ensuring the right trainings are delivered at the right time for maximum impact.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about staff development and motivated to drive organizational growth through effective training solutions.

This challenging role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners in understanding and addressing their training needs.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Inventorize existing trainings including target audience, mode of delivery, duration, and trainers.
  2. Develop a framework for dividing the population into clearly defined target groups with common training needs, and develop training packages consisting of curated trainings for each group.
  3. Quantify the time required to fulfill assigned learning paths for each target group and divide the training path into time-bound sub-paths with target completion dates – if necessary.
  4. Measure fulfillment of assigned learning paths by tracking attendance.
  5. Manage scarce training facilities, allocate training resources in accordance with assigned learning paths.
  6. Continuously review and refine training paths in consultation with relevant business leaders and stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with trainers in the site and the training coordinators in other locations – seek global alignment where possible and meaningful.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree graduate in any related field.
  • 3-5 years' similar/relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Application.
  • Highly developed skills of organization and communication.
  • Highly motivated and self-disciplined person.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers and stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented do'er with focus on delivering results.
  • Prior experience with creating and implementing training frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
