The Learning Specialist ensures the successful execution of Newfold Digital's best-in-class training programs. Activities include extensive session facilitation, monitoring training content for quality and accuracy, and coordinating diverse learning activities. The ideal candidate has in-depth practical knowledge of commonly used learning concepts, practices, systems and procedures.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
Work closely with Sales and Operational Leadership to facilitate new hire, product/process/systems updates and continued education programs.
Supervise participants during training by tracking attendance, managing the learning event and assessing knowledge and skill.
Contribute to an ongoing content review process and recommend program enhancements based on learner needs, departmental goals and organizational changes, while ensuring consistency across sites and programs.
Evaluate learning, document performance and report on the overall effectiveness of training initiatives as well as individual performance.
Stay current with all sales processes, systems, products, policies and general knowledge by attending all provided training, reviewing all agent resources and materials.
Execute all aspects of training sessions, including partnering with stakeholders, booking rooms and resources, communicating the schedule to business partners and sending invitations to participants.
Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
At least 2 years proven success in a corporate learning environment.
With experience in sales is a plus.
Demonstrated passion and knowledge of adult learning principles.
Strong facilitation and classroom management skills both in-person and virtual.
Demonstrated experience providing a high level of customer service to varying levels in an organization both internally and externally.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a high level of diplomacy.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt rapidly to change and successfully manage multiple projects.
Ability to effectively consult, build relationships, and work collaboratively with different departments across sites and management levels.
High degree of organization, detail-oriented, time management and project management skills.
Results oriented with a strong sense of teamwork and positive attitude.
Strong computer competence and familiarity with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
