About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist for an 18-month fixed-term contract. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling customer communications from initial inquiry through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Become a product expert in all areas of our platform, providing comprehensive knowledge about its capabilities.
- Manage customer communications, resolving issues efficiently, and collecting feedback to inform product development.
- Identify problems and collaborate with the development team to escalate bugs or solve complex issues.
- Develop and improve processes to scale support as the business grows.
- Create and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
