Job Title: Technical Business Advocate
Role Overview:

As a Technical Business Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user satisfaction and driving business growth for our clients.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll delve into clients' pain points and recommend tailored solutions to optimize their experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the post-sales cycle from customer engagement, retention, and growth of users.
  • Building relationships and becoming a trusted payments advisor to key stakeholders, in partnership with our Sales team.
  • Providing excellent customer service through messaging platforms and phone calls, ensuring each client's success in using our platform.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in each client's business process and communicating solutions based on our products, customer success stories, and value proposition.
  • Discussing customer insights and feedback with the Product and Engineering teams, driving our product strategy and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer success or client-facing experience, ideally working with complex technical products.
  • A strong business mindset, able to identify the strategy behind each user's business.
  • Lots of empathy and patience, eager to advocate for users, understand their pain points, and guide them through technical solutions.
  • Experience handling difficult situations or customers while remaining professional and personable.
