Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as an Application Support Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest level of service is maintained across trading applications.

Your primary responsibility will be to proactively manage business-critical real-time trading systems, identifying issues and potential problem areas. You will interact with various internal IT support functions and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.

You will actively identify incidents and manage the incident resolution process, providing service recovery while managing client communications and their expectations. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with departmental policies, work closely with the business to provide input on technology strategy, and build and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and exchanges.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good understanding of enterprise technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an ITIL environment and supporting Production Applications on both Unix and Windows environments. Additionally, the candidate should have extensive experience of supporting Front Office Trading Applications, Middle Office, Back Office, and Settlements systems.
