Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent our company with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
  • Handle Client Calls with Care: Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity, providing guidance, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
  • Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.
What We Look For:
  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet and a reliable laptop or PC.
