
Sales Experience Specialist

This role involves creating and maintaining long-standing relationships with clients by delivering first-class call & email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training suggestions.
As a Call Quality Coach, you will work within a team to provide exceptional customer experiences, identify improvement opportunities, and recognize sales opportunities.
- Conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls & emails
- Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients
- Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person
- Contribute to training strategy and deliverables
- Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities
- Recognise and act on sales opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years in sales/customer service roles
- 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles
- Experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable coaching approach to empower diverse learning styles
- Demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration
