Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Advocate to interact with customers, address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services.

About the Role
  • The Customer Advocate will be responsible for providing timely and professional customer service, collaborating with internal and external teams to handle customer needs.
  • Key responsibilities include interacting with customers to provide accurate information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels efficiently.
  • Recording and maintaining detailed client information, ensuring excellent client relations and problem resolution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An analytical and critical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for client satisfaction.
  • At least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and office tool applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Background in sales and client relations.
  • Promptness and punctuality with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with collaboration tools, such as Slack.
