Operations Coordinator


Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking action items and providing feedback to the Account Manager on their completion.

The successful candidate will create reports for day-to-day operations, including attendance, action items, minutes of meetings, and open items from other departments.

They will also handle administrative tasks for all supported Operations Leads.


Requirements:
  • Reports directly to the Account Manager
  • Responsible for tracking and completing action items
  • Provides feedback to the Account Manager on task completion
  • Creates reports for day-to-day operations
  • Handles administrative tasks for Operations Leads
