Drive Customer Engagement and Sales Growth as a Business Development Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic sales professionals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving customer engagement, building client relationships, and contributing to our overall sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Collaboration and Insights: Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and share insights about customer feedback.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in iGaming industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasion: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to overcome objections.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • CMS and Office Suite: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attitude: A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
