Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified healthcare professionals for placement in US-based healthcare facilities. You will work closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful placements and deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.

You will be expected to maintain accurate recruitment databases, ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations, and suggest process improvements to enhance our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and screening qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment databases.
  • Ensuring compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work night shift/US time zones.
