Requirements:

To be successful as an HR Coordinator, you should have a strong background in recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles. You should be confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates. Additionally, you should be proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics, as well as excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). They will be comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup.
