Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Related Field
  • 1–3 Years of Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
  • Familiarity with Recruitment Tools Such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Willingness to Work Night Shift/US Time Zones
  • Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Results-Driven
