Job Role Overview

The key objective of this recruitment position is to establish connections between skilled healthcare professionals and individuals who rely on their services.

This role at our organization entails sourcing qualified candidates for various healthcare positions, conducting phone screenings, and managing interviews via specialized tools.

Candidates will utilize multiple platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups to initiate outreach efforts. Additionally, they will collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conduct phone screenings and manage interviews through HelloHire or similar systems
  • Utilize platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups to engage in outreach
  • Work closely with hiring managers to synchronize hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records within the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics such as application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommend strategies to enhance hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Previous recruitment experience in both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow up effectively and close deals successfully
  • Self-motivated and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing procedures
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance-related tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable setup
  • Willingsness to work within a US time zone schedule
