Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-managed and able to juggle multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing qualified candidates for various healthcare roles using platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups.
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via HelloHire or similar tools.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks.
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
  • Excellent phone skills, strong follow-ups, and ability to close candidates.
  • Proactive and self-managed with ability to juggle multiple roles.
  • Creative sourcing using social media, job boards, and AI tools.
  • Experience with CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented in compliance tasks.
  • Clear and professional English communication (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup.
