Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of corporate initiatives and is responsible for interfacing with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize, structure, define, and deliver major corporate initiatives within specified time frames.
  • Create and/or translate business requirements into technical specifications necessary for development resources to scope and deliver systems or functional deliveries.
  • Track, analyze, and report project measurements and delivery metrics to ensure team members remain focused on delivering results as specified by senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Systems, or similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis and/or project management.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Experience using MS Project, Visio, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively communicate with interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interpret technical information for non-technical individuals.
