Senior Operations Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring seamless execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
