As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop a portfolio of sellers, providing timely support and guidance from initial onboarding through to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of sellers and provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Conduct thorough valuation-driven analysis of client-provided P&Ls and high-level metrics to determine an appropriate valuation range.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage listings and support sales journeys.
  • Collaborate with the buyside community to understand buyer needs and pair them with relevant listings.
  • Cultivate relationships with key strategic stakeholders and assist team members in presenting business proposals and negotiating optimal transaction terms.
  • Lead post-transaction feedback sessions to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in M&A, Brokering or a Sales role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build personal relationships over-the-phone and in person.
  • Results-oriented, independent, and well-organized, with a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptive to dynamic market changes and able to identify and seize business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot to track leads, interactions, and opportunities effectively.
