
Senior Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and customer retention through consistent customer contact, quarterly business reviews, and strategic account management. They must have a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, sales strategies, and customer relationship building.
To achieve this goal, the candidate will leverage powerful proprietary software tools to maintain regular communication with customers, stay ahead of their technology initiatives, and position the company for growth in the mid-market and enterprise space.
Main Duties:- Cultivate a deep understanding of the company's products, technology, and support methodology
- Leverage software tools to maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling
- Gaining trust with assigned customers and serving as a trusted point of contact for questions and action items
- Implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and meet sales goals
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Quantifiable track record of success in customer account management
- 3-5+ years of experience selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, Network and Internet Service, Managed Services, and Software
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical skills, including Excel and MS Office
