Are you passionate about customer success? We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building trust with customers, understanding their objectives, and aligning expectations by suggesting relevant services and products.
Key Responsibilities:- We are looking for someone who can onboard new customers and introduce them to our product portfolio.
- You will coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop engagement plans that drive business growth.
- You will manage a portfolio of customers, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate renewal risks.
- Conduct regular customer and business reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Advocate for customers internally and influence product roadmaps and processes to meet their needs.
- Support customers through reactive ticket requests and provide timely resolutions.
- Create targeted campaigns to engage multiple customers via digital touchpoints.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience related to IT, Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, and IoT.
- Excellent presentation skills for discussing complex software topics.
- Experience improving internal processes and delivering projects on time is essential.
- You must be a team player with the ability to interact across departments and levels.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is required.
- Proficiency in English is a must, with additional languages like Spanish and Portuguese being a plus.
