The B2B Pre-Sales Incubation Manager is a key figure in piloting new products, solutions, and commercial programs before they transition to full Sales deployment. This role ensures that offerings are commercially ready, equipped with complete tools, narratives, and documentation, and are aligned internally for smooth external rollouts.
This strategic bridge between innovation and commercial execution helps fast-track go-to-market readiness and early-stage enablement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the commercial incubation of new products, bundles, or programs prior to their transition to Sales.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Governance, Legal, Operations, and Sales, to ensure all business requirements are met.
- Manage structured incubation sprints with clear milestones and documentation standards.
- Develop comprehensive pilot toolkits, including:
- Business case documents
- Solution briefs
- Pricing and ROI models
- Pitch decks and FAQs
- Internal how-to guides and go-to-market memos
- Customize tools to fit merchant contexts and ensure they are user-friendly for Sales teams.
- Continuously gather feedback from Sales and stakeholders to evaluate tool satisfaction and completeness.
- Prepare timely incubation reports highlighting learnings, risks, commercial insights, and recommended next steps.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B solutioning, business development, product commercialization, trade marketing, marketing, or sales.
- Experience working with MSMEs or selling to the MSME segment is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to package products into viable, scalable business models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret business data and refine solutions accordingly.
