About the Role

Join PTC Commercial Corporation as an Account Manager in our Tondo Manila City, Metro Manila office. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts
  3. Understand customer needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to address them
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  5. Identify new business opportunities within your accounts and work to expand the scope of services
  6. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management
  7. Support the overall sales efforts of the organisation by contributing to pipeline development and proposal preparation

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer relationship management environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes
  4. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and report on account performance
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
