Job Description

The Senior Accounting Professional will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, generating periodic and regular reports as required. He/she will also provide administrative support, develop and maintain itineraries and appointment schedules for the entire operations of the property. In addition, he/she will prepare business correspondence and agendas for meetings, including coordination with all departments and/or staff regarding work orders and instructions from upper management.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
  • Generate periodic and regular reports as required
  • Provide administrative support
  • Develop and maintain itineraries and appointment schedules for the entire operations of the property
  • Prepare business correspondence and agendas for meetings
  • Coordinate with all departments and/or staff regarding work orders and instructions from upper management
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree in Accountancy or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and email
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 20,000-24,000 per month. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location

The position is located at Molave St. Cebu.
