We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Coordinator to provide exceptional support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. The Strategic Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO's office.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Email and Inbox Management
  • Minute and Action taking – attend key meetings to take minutes and actions arising from the meeting, send a summary to attendees post-meeting etc.
  • Task Management using Zoho One suite of modules for CRM, Projects, Marketing, and Task management.
  • Business Writing – take dictated and written instructions from the CEO to help with business document preparation.
  • Event Planning – organize, plan, and manage all client-related events such as dinners, roundtable lunches, and partner events.
  • May need to assist in payroll, HR management, general administrative, and ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Marketing Support – provide assistance to our marketing efforts such as:
  • Managing our LinkedIn account
  • Email Distribution Marketing (EDM)
  • Webinars
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


Requirements:




  • With at least 2 – 4+ years of direct hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO.
  • Skilled in the use of apps and technology.
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
  • This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates.
  • Can work independently without supervision.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
