You will collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide timely and professional support.
About This Role- Act as a liaison between customers and our organization to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Track and resolve issues efficiently, escalating them when necessary to meet expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements.
- Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
- A highly empathetic individual who can connect with customers on a personal level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology, systems, and applications.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications is desired.
