About the Role

We are looking for a skilled individual to drive growth and lead strategic partnerships within our B2B/B2C platform. This offshore role focuses on expanding networks of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers, nurturing commercial relationships, and managing supplier relationships from initial outreach to ongoing operational support.

This hands-on position requires a proactive mindset to ensure smooth product flow and premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and finalize supply and wholesale agreements with new suppliers.
  • Manage supplier onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update complex product catalogs with multi-tiered pricing structures.
Operational Efficiency
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment for efficient product delivery.
  • Monitor platform operations for seamless customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
Performance Metrics
  • Track key business metrics like profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management with actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Proven procurement or sourcing experience in e-commerce or retail environments.
Skillset
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills for professional relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills with trend identification and data analysis capabilities.
  • E-commerce operations knowledge and proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and CRM tools.
