Role OverviewThe Business Development Representative role entails executing outbound sales & marketing campaigns, researching information about prospective customers and market trends, generating high-quality leads for senior sellers, owning and closing SMB opportunities within designated territories, collaborating across multiple teams and senior stakeholders, defining processes and policies, and presenting at events and conferences worldwide.
RequirementsWe are looking for individuals who possess demonstrated success in SDR or outbound sales, with a track record of exceeding annual quotas and consistently driving qualified pipeline growth, experience navigating prospective accounts from and into senior executive levels, enterprise software or technology sales experience, exceptional academic track records, passion for business and technology, commitment to continuous learning and improvement, creative problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, result-driven attitudes, persistence and perseverance, and a growth mindset.
