This role is a pivotal opportunity to lead the charge in strategic recruitment efforts, driving growth and success within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates through timely communication and feedback.
- Employer Branding: Promote our employer brand through social media, job fairs, and partnerships with universities and professional organizations.
- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies; stay updated on market trends and innovations in talent acquisition.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide consultative support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and market intelligence.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a shared services or BPO environment.
- Proven success in recruiting for mid to senior-level roles across various functions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, behavioral interviewing, and recruitment analytics.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience recruiting for international markets.
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Certification in recruitment or HR is a plus.
