
Recruitment Officer

Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting suitable candidates to meet the manpower requirements of the organization or client companies. They ensure that recruitment processes are conducted efficiently, fairly, and in alignment with company policies, labor laws, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify current and future manpower needs in coordination with department heads or clients.
- Prepare and post job advertisements through online platforms, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and employment verification as required.
- Manage applicant databases and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events to build talent pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, equal employment opportunity policies, and company guidelines.
- Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates in a professional manner.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition in manpower / recruitment industries
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month

- Mandaluyong: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
