Job Description
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs in the sales department.
  • Source, screen, and interview prospective candidates to match them with the right roles.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends and salary benchmarks in the professional services industry.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions.
