
Customer Renewal Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving industry-leading renewal rates by managing a high volume of customer interactions daily, covering the North America territory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. They will also have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, drive high return on investment, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will be accountable for identifying customer needs and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. They will also be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize account growth opportunities and identify expansion and cross-sale possibilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to prioritize responsibilities within your customer segment, balance daily activity and sales velocity, resolve customer issues, and maintain accurate customer records. You will also be expected to advocate for customers to ensure optimal experiences and demonstrate product knowledge to articulate value.
We are looking for someone who is able to navigate complex situations and provide clarity. Previous experience with CRM software such as NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus.
Your Qualifications:- At least 2 years' experience in a technical sales role.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to network and build trust internally and externally.
