Job Overview

The Renewals Manager role is responsible for day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts. This involves close collaboration with sales teams, professional services, technical support and sales operations to understand and resolve customer issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of complex software quoting and licensing expertise to ensure accuracy when engaging with Fortune 500 procurement teams.
  • Work closely with customers during the renewal process to optimize retention and loyalty.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and take appropriate action or escalate as needed.
  • Proactively manage and grow customer relationships, including identifying key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role such as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer or Sales Engineer.
  • Knowledgeable in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with other Privilege Access Service solutions is beneficial.
