Enterprise Customer Success Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a remote-based role that involves working closely with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers by introducing them to products like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams to develop engagement plans that drive business growth.
  • Manage a customer portfolio by identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks, and conducting regular reviews with cross-functional teams.
  • Advocate for customers internally and influence product roadmaps and processes to meet their needs.
  • Support customers through reactive ticket requests and create campaigns targeting multiple customers via digital touchpoints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, and IoT.
  • Excellent presentation skills for discussing complex software topics.
  • Experience improving internal processes and delivering projects on time.
  • Team player with ability to interact across departments and levels.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages like Spanish and Portuguese a plus.
