Job Overview

This is an urgent opportunity for a professional who can prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Our client requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily schedules, calendars, and correspondence for senior executives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • A pleasing personality and ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000 per month, depending on experience. Other benefits include medical insurance, paid vacation leave, and opportunities for career growth and development.
