Gratitude Philippines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships in the Philippines.

This role requires a deep understanding of the HR/Payroll market in the Philippines, including statutory compliances, government reporting, and standard scope of work. You will need to have a high level of knowledge about HR/Payroll requirements and be able to provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, IT, or Computer Science, or a Master's Degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management. Experience in solution selling or working with service industry in the Philippines is essential. You will also need to be tech savvy and have hands-on experience with Microsoft apps and databases.
