As a property management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a building. This includes managing the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are in place, and monitoring utility consumption to optimize efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering and a Professional License in Engineering. They will also possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and analytical problem-solving skills.

This role requires at least two years of experience in residential property management, with a willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing situations. The ability to work six days a week is also essential.
