Real Estate Acquisitions Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Professional to join our team. This role will involve providing analytical support to senior management on investments nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions, with a strong focus on affordable housing. They will be comfortable with underwriting and analyzing real estate debt opportunities, and have advanced Excel modeling skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the analysis of investment opportunities, including market analysis, cash flow, and financial modeling.
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Gathering and coordinating due diligence materials for prospective investments.
  • Preparing asset-level investment recommendations to senior management.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting, and an MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and generate high-quality work product on tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions.
  • Comfortable with underwriting and analyzing real estate debt opportunities.
  • Experience in affordable housing required.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required.
  • Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written skills.
