Senior Real Estate Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Management consultant with extensive experience in implementing and configuring SAP RE-FX solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and enhancing real estate processes to ensure efficient and accurate management of property leasing, contract management, and other real estate-related activities in SAP.

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of SAP RE-FX solutions tailored to real estate management processes, including lease management, property management, and contract management.
• Configure SAP RE-FX according to business requirements, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM).
• Participate in system and business requirements analysis and provide solutions to meet business needs.
• Design and implement strategies for managing leasing agreements, contract renewals, and various property-related transactions.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide expert support for SAP RE-FX post-implementation, ensuring optimal system performance and issue resolution.
• Address technical and functional issues, troubleshoot them efficiently, and ensure that any issues related to real estate contracts, payments, or property management are resolved promptly.
• Monitor and perform regular system health checks to ensure ongoing compliance and optimization.
• Integration & Coordination: Lead the integration of SAP RE-FX with other modules such as SAP FI, CO, MM, and SD to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to define system requirements and implement real estate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, and tax requirements for real estate management.
• Take ownership of key project tasks and lead SAP RE-FX-related initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of the project.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in RE-FX for the organization, providing guidance and leadership to junior consultants.
• Lead testing, training, and data migration efforts as part of system upgrades and implementations.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, and process flow diagrams.
• Provide training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of SAP RE-FX functionalities.
• Create user manuals, training guides, and other relevant documentation to support operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management).
• Strong track record of successful SAP RE-FX implementations and configuration for real estate management, leasing, and contract administration.
• Solid understanding of integration points between SAP RE-FX and other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP RE-FX configuration, including real estate contracts, tenant management, property accounting, lease administration, and billing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX (preferred) or ECC.
• Experience in the design and implementation of business processes related to lease accounting and real estate asset management.
• Familiarity with data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, SAP Data Services).

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SAP certification in RE-FX (highly preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and lead projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Expertise in managing complex real estate portfolios and lease accounting.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within SAP RE-FX.
• Familiarity with international real estate regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards.
