We are seeking an experienced business leader to join our Capital Markets & Investment Services division. This role will focus on driving growth and promoting our real estate business, developing strategic plans, and delivering financial targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head of Business to develop and execute the Business Plan and Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional guidelines.
  • Maintain and expand our client base, build relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure individual revenue goals are met.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Real Estate investment brokerage.
  • Strong industry reputation and network.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse stakeholders.
