Overview

We are a dynamic real estate team looking for a Marketing Specialist / Listing Officer who can take charge of our listings and make sure they get the right visibility.


Key Responsibilities
  • Post and co-market listings across multiple property platforms (Lamudi, DotProperty, Carousell, etc.)
  • Develop a consistent routine for blasting properties in social media groups and real estate networks
  • Match listings for better exposure
  • Handle outreach to potential clients and cobrokers daily
  • Keep CRM updated and organized for both sales and leasing transactions
  • Manage all follow-ups with clients and cobrokers to ensure things are moving

Looking for someone who
  • Communicates clearly and fluent in English
  • Stays consistent and disciplined, even during slow market periods
  • Can work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Is detail-oriented, proactive, and takes initiative to schedule showings and close deals
  • Has strong organizational and tech skills
