Job Title: Real Estate Virtual Assistant

The role is a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our organization's mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced candidate with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage Listings: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and transaction documentation efficiently.
  • Pipeline Management: Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects identified from various lead sources effectively.
  • CRM System Maintenance: Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, buyers, and sellers through the upkeep of a CRM system professionally.
  • Listing Management: Manage listings, monitor staging and repairs, and coordinate open-house events and other promotional activities successfully.
  • Market Insights: Gather information about market insights and locational amenities to provide assistance in client selections seamlessly.
  • Scheduling: Set appointments and meetings between buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents timely.
  • General Administration: Perform general administration tasks accurately.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by management promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A degree in any field or a certified course in business-related programs.
  • Experience: At least 1-year proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
  • Skills: Proficient in CRM and Multiple Listing Software, Property Management software (such as Appfolio, Buildium, etc.), content writing or copywriting, and content management systems.
  • Language: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
  • Organizational Skills: Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability: Able to work on flexible schedules.
